V is for Victory!

This is the 4th photo that I like. Actually, there are a ton of pictures that I liked but picked this one cause it’s also a funny one. I’m not sure of her name, so if you know it please let me know. It’s always cute when you get kids to pose for you when you take a picture. I need one of those smiley faces where the guy gives a peace sign! Only one more picture to go!
