In continuing on with a post about the retreat, I’ll answer the question of what we did during the retreat. Below are a few pictures that should be able to help illustrate what we did.

First and foremost, we spent time Worshipping God. The times where we worshipped through music were all very well led. Even though we had trouble with getting a projector to work, we were still able to really praise God.

Not only did we worship, but we were also able to meditate and reflect on things as well. The retreat location was really wonderful and the weather was beautiful. It all helped to promote an environment that really helped things at the retreat.

During this retreat, we had encouragement envelopes where we wrote notes of encouragement to each other. It was really great to be able to put into words and on paper about how other people have been a blessing to not only me, but to the YG.

Of course, no retreat can go by without everyone having lots of fun and goofing off. I didn’t bring a camera out on the water, but we were able to go canoeing, as well as swimming in the lake.

This is just a small glimpse into what went on at the retreat. Hopefully, more people will be able to join us the next time around.
