It’s been one year since I bought my camera and began my new hobby of photography. One year ago today I posted about the new camera that I bought, and today I get to post that I have now taken 10,000 pictures on it. Through all 10,000 pictures, I’m sure I’ve annoyed people by the massive amounts of pictures I take, and I’m sure I’ve gotten nice and close to get that close up shot. Fortunately, I think that I’m getting better at taking good pictures, and now more of the pictures I take are keepers!

The 10,000th picture came during Steve and Karen’s wedding, and the picture happened to be of Daniel and Maggie. I actually think the picture was a pretty good one too, even though I had no idea that it was my 10,000th picture. Hopefully my camera lasts for a couple more tens of thousands of pictures! I think it’d definitely be fun to get paid for taking pictures, though I’d probably still need a little more practice. So unfortunately for those that dislike me taking pictures of them, you’ll have to get used to me just taking lots and lots of pictures. Next time, just smile!
