How to make Sushi

So over break I got the crazy idea to learn how to make sushi. Sushi is a very artistic culinary art, and making food that looks good is my kind of trade. So I went to wegmans to get all my supplies and went to work. After two tries, this is what I came up with:
Too bad it tastes horrible.
I’ll have to work on that later.

yum - the presentation is nice though. Just drown it in wasabi anyways… Why are your guides always in 7 steps? Does that number hold significance?
