All you kiddies out there, listen up! Eating cereal everyday can be one of the bests things for you.
Check out this study: Breakfast Helps Girls Stay Slim.
The [average body-mass] index was even lower for girls who said they ate cereal for breakfast, according to findings of the study conducted by the Maryland Medical Research Institute.
Could this be? actual health benefits to eating cereal regularly?
One might speculate a few things. But the Taibro’s, they’ll note that BMI goes down as height goes up. You make your own conclusions.
