		<description>heh, good guess alex, but you're sending the same info to and from the satellite. The satellite's only an intermediate step between two radios on the ground. keep guessing though.

		<description>I think its because Uplinks send information and Downlinks recieve information.  So If uplinks will have to have a longer wavelength in order to send the information long distances while the downlinks will need shorter wave-lengths to recieve the information.....?</description>
