Scuba diving costs a lot. Snorkeling is much cheaper. That’s why we went snorkeling. But it is very fun nonetheless. The idea behind snorkeling is that you can stare down into the water while breathing the air above the water. This is designed in the hopes that you can see something while staring at the ocean floor. The water that was was pretty cold, around 50F. And it was really salty too (couldn’t of guessed that cuz its the OCEAN). But the coolest part was seeing crystal clear water and all the funny looking fish and sponges moving around the ocean floor. I even got to see a baby jellyfish!
