I was reading an article in the Democrat and Chronicle, Rochester’s local newspaper, about how Rochester rates as a city compared to other cities. It was actually an interesting read. Apparently, Rochester has been rated one of the best and one of the worst places to live in depending on which rankings you read. Seeing how Rochester will be my home for the forseeable future, I figured I’d post think link as to why you would want to live in Rochester.
