NeatLoaf!
So it was a long while ago, but I managed to get a lovely photo of my creation for ACF dessert night. looks like a rather plain cake doesn’t it. well we hadn’t put the candles on it yet, but it still was pretty plain.
It isn’t hard to imagine this cake being really plain, because the ingredients were very plain. But people who ate it were (pleasantly) surprised by this mini-dessert.
Because it is in fact meatloaf.
The icing is mashed potatoes.
