I hope this Neal guy was joking. The guy counted up the CHAPTERS of course, which can be done easily in less than an hour.

Anyhow, who says God didn't design it this way? The central chapter is also the shortest chapter - Psalm 117! That's much more elegant than that whole silly 118 message someone erroneously thought up.
