Work-out goals

Well, seeing how I’ve been working out at midtown for the past two weeks, on a pretty consitent basis, I decided to try to come up with some goals for the summer while I’m working out. I wanna be able to get a 6-pack. Dunno if I’ll be able to pull it off, but hey, it’s worth a shot. I probably need to do both cardio and weights to lose any excess fat around my stomach. Hopefully I can write in here again in like a month or so and say that I’ve been able to get a 6-pack. I can kinda have the outline for it already…but it’s not really defined. Gotta work on that. Well, I’ll just have to keep working out and see what happens.
